Role:                Senior Residential Support Worker Provision:        3 Bed Therapeutic Children's EBD Home Location:          Marble House, Birmingham Salary:             £12.50 - £14.00 per hour + Sleep Rate Start Date: ASAP

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

  • A Full Manual UK Driver’s License

  • Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.

  • A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.

  • Experience working with Young People within a residential environment

  • Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.


 

About the Home

Marble House is our amazing home in Oldbury, Birmingham. The home is registered for children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties with a Therapeutic focus. The building is newly renovated to an extremely high standard and offers an incredible safe space for Young People to grow.
