That’s why we launched our 5 Year Club, a loyalty bonus programme designed to recognise and reward the incredible commitment our team members show over time. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing to build your journey with us, and for making Stepping Stones Care not just a workplace, but a community.

This year marks a special milestone for us as we celebrate our very first 5 Year Club member: James Moran, our Head of People and one of the very first people to join the Stepping Stones Care family. For half a decade, James has played a key role in shaping our culture, supporting our staff, and ensuring that our values are lived out every day. His dedication is a true testament to the passion and professionalism that define our team.
