Staff overwhelmingly said they’re proud to work here (4.40/5). That means a lot, and shows alignment with our mission to change young lives.

  • Supportive Managers

Managers are approachable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your career growth. This came through strongly in your ratings (4.44/5).

  • Inclusivity & Belonging

Many of you described SSC as feeling like a “family,” and reported a strong sense of inclusion.

  • Recognition & Training

You feel recognized for your work, and you value the therapeutic training that helps you care for our children with confidence and compassion.
